Our angel of the day is Jamey Gray. Jamey lived an amazing five years on this planet, and three months after his fifth birthday, he left this life to meet his creator. At the age of four Jamey was diagnosed with cancer.

Jamey was a strong young man. For the majority of us, we would not have been able to deal with the pain. But for Jamey, he dealt with it, and you would have never known that he was in constant pain. He had a zest for life that was taken way to early in his life. He never met a stranger and was a pure joy to be around. Even until the end, he was the class clown, playing tricks, cutting up, or whatever to make you laugh. As we have witnessed with others in similar situations, his smile lit up the room, and you were always laughing when Jamey was around. His mother states: “He had the sweetest little smile and laugh. He was the strongest person I have ever known. I am soo proud to have had him for the short five years that I did. Thank you and sweet Bailey, for keeping his memory alive. I love you both!!”

At the young age of five Jamey was taken away from all the pain to live a pain-free life. While we hate to see it happen, there is a little solace knowing he is not suffering anymore. Today Ken will ride for Mr. Jamey Gray. Jayme is missed but will never be forgotten. Jayme today Ken is honored to ride in your name. Godspeed.
